Whether you're coming Downtown for an event or a day of shopping and dining, here’s everything you need to know about parking at River Park Square—including insider tips to make your experience a breeze.
Parking Garage Details
River Park Square’s parking garage is a multi-level facility with 1,300 parking stalls, making it one of the most accessible options in downtown Spokane. Here’s what you should know:
Hours of Operation:
Monday–Thursday: 6 AM – 1 AM
Friday–Saturday: 6 AM – 1:30 AM
Sunday: 10 AM – 1 AM
Parking Rates:
$2.00 for the first half-hour
$1.50 for each additional half-hour
$12.00 maximum daily rate
Evening Special: After 5 PM, the maximum rate is only $4.00
Early Bird Special: $8.50 for all-day parking if you arrive before 9:30 AM
Two Garage Entrances:
Lincoln Street (corner of Lincoln and Main near Nordstrom)
Spokane Falls Blvd (across from City Hall and Riverfront Park)
Payment & Validation:
Pay stations are located inside the mall, making it easy to pay before returning to your car. Choose from a staffed station on Levels One or Three, Pay Station Machines on each retail level, OR pay via mobile following the directions on your payment ticket
Some River Park Square retailers offer $1-off parking validations with a minimum $20 purchase (you can redeem up to three per visit for a total of $3 off). At the time of writing, participants include AMC, Anderson & Co., Athleta, Ben Bridge, Gap, Nordstrom, North Face, Pendleton, Pottery Barn and Williams Sonoma, as well as our Downtown neighbors Auntie's Bookstore and Uncles Games.
EV Charging Stations:
4 Available on the Teal Level
Free for paying parking customers, but fees apply if the vehicle remains connected for more than 90 minutes after being fully charged.
